Adult Day Care
Caregiving for a loved one can be rewarding – and exhausting. What if you need to go to work, attend an appointment or simply take time for yourself? Adult Day Care is the perfect answer!
Adult Day Care services are coordinated programs of professional services for adult with diagnosis in a community based group setting. Services are designed to provide social and health services to adults who need supervised care in a safe place outside of the home. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the needs of chronically ill and impaired adults who live in the community. Socialization, assistance with personal care and a wide variety of activities help the individuals who attend our Adult Day Health Care Program maintain their independence and promote feelings of self-worth.
Adult Day Health Care programs offer families an opportunity to ‘take a break’ from their caregiving responsibilities. Individuals attend on a planned basis that may range from one to seven days per week, morning or evening programs, according to the participants insurance and family needs.
